Terms and conditions
- HIGH PERFORMANCE Accessories inc., HP, does not offer cash refunds. We offer in-store credit only.
- All Authorized Exchanges must be completed within 7 days of the purchased date accompanied by the original invoice only.
- There is no exchange or returns on perishable items; such as motor oils, spray paint, or products pertaining to that nature.
- All sale items and “AS IS” items are FINAL.
- WE DO NOT assume responsibility for the vehicles, or any contents or articles left in the vehicles delivered to HP for any work done, storage or otherwise. All items or parts left over by the customers will be removed after 3 days form the date is completed.
- All sales and discontinued items are not entitled to a return or exchange. All returns must be pre-approved by HIGH PERFORMANCE with a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns should be insured for the full amount by the shipper. All approved returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All authorized returns must be carefully packed in original carton. Any additional damage during the return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Freight cost for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved.
- Special Orders All special orders require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to High Performance. HIGH PERFORMANCE shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance on special ordered parts, or if the customer fails to take delivery of any special ordered parts within 30 days of the original deposit, the deposit, including any additional amount deposited, shall become non-refundable and HIGH PERFORMANCE may retain such monies in lieu of handing and storage charges as reasonable liquidated damages.
- Contingencies HIGH PERFORMANCE shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of the forces of nature, labor dispute, supplies or materials shortage, acts of local, state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of HIGH PERFORMANCE business.
- Warrant / Liability HIGH PERFORMANCE sole warranty for any and all products sold is set forth tin the warranty documentation associated with the product of as offered and described by the manufacturers. HIGH PERFORMANCE does not in any way gives warranties, express or implied on ties products. HIGH PERFORMANCE will not be held liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.
- Performance products HIGH PERFORMANCE does engage in selling after-market items and the Buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle HIGH PERFORMANCE is not held responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts. HP does not endorse, nor recommend the modification of vehicles for use in public highways, since warranty or government regulation may be violated. As an express condition of sale of any performance part, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to use the performance part(s) for the modification of vehicles in sanctioned Off-Road competitive events and show purposes only. It is the buyer’s responsibilities to exercise discretion when purchasing these products. HP do not ensure the legal use of these products. We do not guarantee the fitments of these products nor do we assume any responsibilities or so whatever for the misuse of losses incurred by the use of any these products.
- Body Kit/ Aero-Dynamics Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold “as is” with no warranty expressed or implied; due to the fact that most body kits are made of 100% fiber glass. Buyer also understands that due to strict Canadian Safety crash guidelines, HIGH PERFORMANCE is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or braking your aero pats) or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc… All body kits (aero components) are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use such as track racing or for exhibition show only! Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labor your body shop/paint shop charges the Buyer. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop/technician install and paint any body kit (aero components) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for! Buyer understands HIGH PERFORMANCE is not responsible or liable for any vehicle delivery fees, transportation costs, towing fees, or incurred damages for bringing vehicle. All body kits sold by HIGH PERFORMANCE are designed for aesthetic enhancement only. HIGH PERFORMANCE does not imply or recommend that these products be used for performance or racing use. Some of the products may not be suitable for normal use. Different province or states may have different regulations against the use of the product. It is the sole responsibilities of the jobber to exercise discretion when putting order in these products.
- Any goods or services provided to your by HIGH PERFORMANCE Accessory inc., HP, other than as expressly provided in written agreement between you and HP are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
